Day One

Food:
I woke up this morning and did not have anything for breakfast. Lunch was a Cantina Bowl from Taco Bell. I had a soda to drink. When I got home to study, I had a handful of little smokies sausages and another soda. Then for dinner I had a Turkey and Cheddar sandwich with grilled onions and banana peppers. I had maybe 10 cheddar bacon French fries.


Activities:
David took me running with him. I ran 1 mi continuously and ran an additional 1/2 mile after walking about 1/4 mile.

Reflection:
I will admit my snacking is terrible. And all week I had been drinking water, so three sodas is not bad for me. Definitely need to work on willpower. However I am DAMN proud of my run today because I normally can only do 3/4 mi continuous and then can't ever begin running after walking. I took my goal and smashed it to the ground. My starting weight is 145.7, just 5lbs from my heaviest. Unacceptable. Goal is around 130 by June, giving me around 7months to drop almost 15 pounds.
