Hello. I am Alyssa and I have two blogs. The first is anaveragealyssa.com where I detail my not so average to average life. This particular blog is a way for me to document my fitness goals and keep myself accountable for taking care of my body. All it takes is one spark, and you can do it too. One spark of inspiration to ignite the flame of motivation to bring you the warmth of success.
There will be two to three sections. The first is Food. I found it most beneficial in the past to document everything I eat in the day. This allows for some patterns to be seen, and to change the diet. Sthe second section will be Activities. Obviously this is going to be where I document specific exercises I do, or not. The third is a reflections section, where I will reflect on my current weight, and goals, and try to redeem myself (read: make excuses) for poor behavior. Words of encouragement are welcomed. Words of trolling will be ignored. :) thanks!
